I was looking for something to read for my plane ride to Chicago so I went on Amazon and looked for what customer’s of the “Walking Dead” comic book series (one of my favorites) were also buying and I came upon the “Saga” series in volumes 1 and 2. It had great reviews so I purchased it. By the time it got home I started reading immediately, I finished the first volume a week before my trip and saved the second for the plane ride to Chicago. I must say this series is pretty awesome, the storyline, character development, and graphics is nothing less than superb. I love the characters and the artwork is hands down some of the coolest I’ve seen in a comic book. The creator and writer Brian K. Vaughan and illustrator Fiona Staples are a perfect match. I can not wait for the next volume to be released.
